Allison’s classes are filled with music and incorporate creative sequencing with detailed alignment cues. Expect to learn anatomy and yoga philosophy/history during your practice with her.
A Central Montana Native, Allison was introduced to Yoga in 2005 as a freshman at Rocky Mountain College, where she earned her degree in Exercise Science. She continued practicing various yoga styles throughout four different state moves over the years. She eventually attained her RYT-200 certification in April 2022. This training opened her eyes to the greater practice of Yoga (beyond the well-known physical aspect) and inspired her to share this mindful practice with others.
With a proven passion for wellness and women’s health, Allison works full-time as a Cervical Cancer Specialist for BD and has spent the past ten years in medical sales covering orthopedics and women’s health. She is married, has a 2-year-old little boy, and enjoys various other activities, including ultra running, mountain biking, hockey, and lending a hand on the Linhart family ranch.
