Darby Brennan (she/her) is a registered yoga teacher at the 200-hour level. She specializes in gentle and hatha and vinyasa styles of yoga with a focus on alignment and accessibility. Darby gets excited about using props to make poses work (chairs encouraged!), and finding ways to adapt poses to her student’s unique bodies.
As a person living with multiple sclerosis, she knows what it feels like to struggle with mobility, flexibility, balance and chronic fatigue. Her journey to finding a yoga practice has been about meeting her body exactly as it is, every day….and it changes every day!
Her yoga practice continues to be a source of healing and joy that she is passionate about sharing with others. In her classes, expect breath, movement, and support for your own yoga journey. On Zoom, you may see a cameo from her mobility service dog (and sometimes yoga bolster) Cruz.
