Eeshaanee SHANDILYA is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School, Siddhi Yoga International, Rishikesh.
She previously was the voluntary yoga teacher of the Yoga program at Heart and Soul Ltd, Hong Kong and teaches Yoga there every Sunday at HKU
Currently, she is running her community project in Hong Kong called Curiouslyoga, which is a startup-NGO for body mind spirit wellness in Hong Kong. Eeshaanee has also voluntarily taught yoga in Xin Lin Society Tuen Mun for the youth and Tuen Mun Government School for primary school students, organizing youth yoga session in Gurgaon, India & Muscat Oman, besides holding several yoga workshops in the past about yoga and anatomy of yoga.
She's currently doing her certification in Ayurveda under Siddhi Yoga International and is a proactive advocate of Sivananda Yoga which she learnt at the Sivananda Yoga Ashram, Dhanwantri, Trivandrum, Kerala.
