Started my journey back on 2000 with Reiki healing and life coaching, then my journey led me to a wonderful practice called Yoga! After taking lot of classes, I decided to explore and deepening my understanding to Yoga and what the philosophy behind it, how Yoga can make difference in my life.

 In my classes, I love to combine creative sequencing, Reiki wisdom and a dose of inspiration to help you deepen your practice.
