Stephanie has been teaching group fitness for 13 years and along with being an RYT 200 is a NASM CPT, ACE GX instructor and holds certifications in Spin, Barre, Yoga Sculpt, PiYo and TRX. Stephanie approaches fitness and wellness as a gift and all of her movement comes from that place of appreciation. She genuinely hopes that everyone she moves with leaves feeling a sense of joy in what they can do!
