Leaving the UK after my college years, and a brief introduction into the travel industry, I diversified my career by specializing in travel, nutrition, and fitness, based in the Middle East. After almost fourteen years travelling the globe, spanning countless countries ranging from the Far East to the Far West, I humbly acquired a unique experience and knowledge of people and culture in each country, where I was honored to study, reside and work in.
As an avid enthusiast and advocator for health and wellness, my search for a healthier more meaningful lifestyle for body, mind and soul started when I traveled to India and China, during the early nineties. It was in India that I was introduced to Yoga, a journey which has been part of my life ever since.
Yoga is a lifelong miraculous journey that inspires me to live each moment more mindfully, humbly and graciously, it is a gift to share with others to thrive in life by nurturing body, mind, and soul.
I am currently enrolled in the Yoga Veda Institute training to become an Ayurveda Practitioner, in addition to teaching Yoga in Tulsa and the surrounding areas, Oklahoma, USA. I offer private, group and retreat classes.
