Richard Olsen is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School (RYS).
The primary Yoga Disciplines taught are a blend of Vinyasa, Power Flow and Restorative Therapeutics. Emphasis is on three styles of Yoga: 1) Hatha Yoga, 2) Bhagavad Gita Yoga, and 3) Patanjalisutras Yoga. Additionally, Cardio HIIT Yoga (Cardio High Intensity Interval Training) provides Strength Training, Stretching, and Cardio workouts that encompass the mind, body, and spiritual connection while also sculpting the muscles.
