Anna Grochowska-Biodrowicz - PhD in humanities, founder of the HamSa Yoga project and school, yoga and spiritual awareness development teacher, translator of the subconscious; she is a Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider® (YACEP®) and an Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher (E-RYT 200). In yoga, she specializes in spiritual and energetic techniques, including kundalini, working with chakras and the 5 elements.

dr. Anna Grochowska is a self-styled biotherapist, she named her method Bioenergetic Alchemy. It covers the areas of: energy of the physical body and subtle bodies (koshas), sound therapy (Tibetan masters-style), building of transforming narrative forms, karmic and ancestral readings, biofield readings, aura. The method works with the mind by expanding consciousness with the help of psychosomatics and psychobiology, transforming subconscious patterns, meditation techniques, yogic, qigong, energy practices.

She is also a literary scholar, art historian, writer and researcher of the Cracovianas.
