I have been practicing Yoga for over 20 years and teaching since 2010. I teach Ashtanga-based Hatha and Hatha Flow, Yin, Restorative and Meditation. My personal practice also includes Kundalini Yoga. I am so grateful to the many teachers I have had over the years. I find Yoga a great way to engage with the body, soothe the mind and nurture the spirit.
I currently teach Yoga and Meditation outside in the Park.
