Mylène Roy is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance since 2004, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with an approved and active Registered Yoga School (RYS).
Mylène is a Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga teacher, but specializes in a dance-yoga approach called "Danga'" which she initiated more than 20 years ago, and which have been approved by the Yoga Alliance in 2013, as a Yoga teaching technic.
Danga is an extroverted manner for the practice of introspection, which uses dance -and a mutiplicity of musics and sounds-, as a tool to teach and experiment Yoga basic principals, physical and philosophical (very humbly, because yogic philosophy is an immense territory...).
Mylène teaches to several clienteles: In studios : to yogis and athletes (Zéro Gravité escalade & Yoga); to young professional actors (Conservatoire d'art dramatique de Montréal); to kids and teenagers (in different primary and high schools), to families, to persons with physical limitations and to elders.
Mylène found in Yoga a so precious footbridge to promote a dialogue -and a listening- in between mind, body, and the echo we perceive, coming from the silence in ourself.
