Aldona is a RYT 500 and has done her “Teacher Training Courses” in Varkala, Mysore and Rishikesh (India). She is qualified to teach Hatha Yoga, Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga as well as pranayama and meditation. Aldona as also obtained the qualification as “Prenatal Yoga Teacher” at the Andiappan Yoga Education and Research Trust in Chennai (India). Aldona now teaches yoga live in Riva del Garda, Arco and Torbole, as well as online, to students of different nationalities.
