Ella Bay is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School (RYS).
Ella offers breath-based Hatha-Yoga, yin yoga, and pranayama lessons tailored for private individuals, and workshops for groups addressing their common problems (posture problems and tech nech, stress relief, beautiful aging).
Ella helps to shape personal practice based on individual needs and circumstances and supports practitioners with feedback on their practice, sequence, etc.
Ella studied sound healing in the Himalayas and offers now private sound healing therapy using Tibetan bowls.
