With compassion, I acknowledge the immense responsibility of guiding individuals to their well-being, respecting their unique processes. I feel honored to provide tools that have worked for me. My greatest honor is sharing the transformative tools, having certifications in Vinyasa Yoga, Prana Vinyasa, and Aerial Yoga. Additionally, I've engaged in workshops and courses, inspired by masters like Desikachar, Iyengar, and Tao Porchon-Lynch. Join me on the journey to explore harmony between body and mind!
Since childhood, yoga has been a constant presence in my life, thanks to my aunt, who has been like a mother to me. Initially, I didn't grasp its essence, but later, during my high school years, I embraced the practice with heightened awareness, discovering a gentle approach to movement and body consciousness.
In college, I consciously embraced yoga, intertwining it with my physiotherapy studies. I integrated experiences with patients of all ages, from children to athletes and seniors, reshaping my relationship with conscious movement through yoga, finding a compassionate approach to the body.
My journey continued at Amma Yoga Center, where for four years, I immersed myself daily in yoga practice, driven by the desire to structure what I had learned over the years. This led me to pursue certification. My first certification was with Akenara in Mexico City, a teacher to whom I am grateful for teaching me to see duality in the real world, connecting with masters who enriched my perspective. I integrated yoga and physiotherapy with Vilma Saldate, concurrently exploring Ayurvedic philosophy with my teacher Luz Orea.
Life paved the way for my second certification under my teacher Luz Orea, where I underwent a process of integration with the flow of natural rhythms and Ayurvedic philosophy. Grateful for Shiva Rea's integration in this process. After my second certification, propelled by integration and a desire to share the joy and beauty found, I decided to expand my teaching.
Over the years, I've realized that we often initiate our yoga practice with a focus on the visual and physical achievements, lacking body awareness. However, I've learned to reclaim the importance of embracing ourselves lovingly through the subtle benefits that yoga offers. Combined with health sciences knowledge, sustainable well-being can be found throughout life.
