Debbie completed her yoga teacher training in November 2021 with Indiv Yoga, and now teaches as 'Serenity Yoga Bournemouth' in Bournemouth, UK. 

With experience in Positive Psychology techniques, Debbie's classes include a strong focus on mindfulness and meditation, providing tools and practices that can be incorporated into everyday life to help reduce stress and enhance mental balance.
