My name is Veronika, I am a

• medical doctor and university teacher,
• power and hatha yoga instructor,

• personal and spiritual growth enthusiast,
• passionate dancer,
• animal and nature lover.

My personal mission is to create the healthiest version of the world by helping as many people as possible to live a balanced life – with a healthy and happy mind, body, heart and soul – by transforming the way they think, feel and act in relationship to their health and happiness.

I have been teaching people to get in touch with their deep core and pelvic floor muscles in order to sit, stand, move and do sports in a body-friendly and injury-free way since 2013. I have been coaching people to lead a healthy and happy life since 2020.

As for my medical career, I am a specialist in internal medicine with a PhD in internal medicine and a master´s degree in public health. I work in Bratislava, Slovakia, at the Faculty of Medicine and at the University Hospital where I take care of severely ill patients with internal medicine diseases and at the same time teach future generations of medical doctors.
