My name is Amber, I was born in Lithuania in 1993 and in January  2022 I became a yoga teacher.

I started practicing yoga in 2014 at the age of 21. 6 years later, in 2020 my practice became daily and it also became fundamental to my well-being and mental health. 2 years later I completed a teacher’s course in Portugal with Indiv Yoga and became a registered yoga teacher.

Yoga for me is a philosophy and a lifestyle. I am excited to keep learning more about it  and live it for the rest of my life, as well as spread the spirit and essence of yoga to people around the world.

I have a background in dance and a university degree in Journalism. I grew up in Vilnius, Lithuania, moved to London at the age of 19 and lived there for 6 years during which I also discovered the place that I call home now - Ibiza, Spain. However, travelling is one of my favourite things in the world and a priority in my life. I’m not looking for a place to settle forever, instead I’d like to keep on moving and discovering, taking my yoga practice and lessons everywhere I go.
