Amani first came to yoga seeking to develop strength, balance, and flexibility to complement her movement as a dancer. She soon discovered that beyond the physical poses, yoga is a moving meditation that allows her to feel more centered and grounded. She has been practicing yoga for 10 years and loves sharing the practice with others. She draws from a variety of yoga styles, including Vinyasa and Yin, to allow a combination of graceful flow and longer holds. She is attentive to the needs of her students and encourages them to cultivate a practice that not only empowers and energizes them but also leaves them with a greater sense of clarity and calm.
