Weaving together traditional teachings of tantric hatha yoga, meditation, mantra and ayurveda, Jenny's classes and courses help to deepen her student's understanding, embodied wisdom and knowledge of the yogic path. 

She has completed 2 x YA 200 hour teacher trainings, and is also a certified Ayurvedic Health counsellor. She is a lifelong musician, also passionate about sharing traditional practices of kirtan and mantra with her community and students - in person and online.
