Yoga has been a daily part of my life for the last fifteen years. I've been a teacher for more than four decades, but through my continued learning at Integral Yoga Institute, I'm humbled to be a student.

I use many years of my professional educational experience in my yoga practice to inspire all of my students through empathy, balance, and communication. My goal is to reach and customize my practice for all levels and ages, and really to bring out the best to those that dedicate their time to yoga.

I'm passionate, kind, dependable yoga teacher who strives to bring positivity, acceptance, and love to each of my classes. My goal is bring out the most amazing personal qualities and abilities in every student.
