My name is Kimberly and I currently offer virtual and in person Pranayama, Meditation, and Asana flows. I teach from a trauma-informed lens, offering modifications and accommodations for every body.
I invite fun offerings to the practice as well as journaling thoughts, feelings, & triggers prior to the class and after.
My ultimate goal is to serve & help humans walk themselves home to their Authenticity through movement, consistency, mindfulness and connection.
