I qualified as a 200hr yoga teacher in January 2022, after training with Yoga London. I also completed a CPD in Yoga and Anxiety, so I know how to cater classes to those wanting to build emotional resilience.
Before my training, I spent about 8 years nurturing my practice, while writing about yoga and wellbeing on my blog, Yoga Panther.
I'm also a content editor for Nuffield Health, which allows me to contribute to their mission of 'building a healthier nation' by creating inspiring health and fitness content.
Whether I'm leading a vinyasa yoga class or writing an article about mental health, I'm happiest when using language to help others live their best, healthiest lives.
