I am trained in vinyasa and restorative yoga, with additional certifications in trauma-informed yoga and reiki. I believe that yoga can and should be made accessible to all people - from beginners to longtime practitioners - and that there is a multitude of unique ways to benefit from and experience yoga. With a deep reverence for yogic philosophy and history, my teaching style is centered on not only linking the body and breath in movement, but the ways in which yoga is a sacred practice that one can incorporate into all facets of life beyond the mat.
