Sarah Beye is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School (RYS).
She has experience in different Styles (Yin, Vinyasa, Hatha Flow, Tantric Hatha, etc.). Right now she is doing further education in Tantric Hatha and philosophy.
She teaches Yin, Gentle Yoga, Hatha (Flow)
