Meryam Licata is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School (RYS).
Her passion is to deliver yoga classes for therapeutic purpose, personal transformation and enhance performance, with the aim to help people optimise their health and wellbeing, develop mental strength, emotional balance, physical vitality and a deeper connection to their inner power. She incorporates energy healing techniques which encourage the energy life force to flow freely throughout the body to rejuvenate and bring a renewed sense of freedom, ambition and motivation for life.
