Within my teachings I desire to create safe spaces, open views on global topics and enable my clients to see with their hearts instead of their heads.
From time to time, I love fancy flows, where my clients are encouraged to be playful and brave on the mat.
But most of the times my classes are rather about creating room, space, movement of being absolutely present. Celebrating stillness and celebrating soft movement, combined with strengthening elements. Which shall allow clients to center themselves in alignment to their specific needs on that specific day, while encouraging them to explore their inner and outer strength.
When theming my classes, I desire to combine yoga philosophy with real life topics. Teaching ahimsa for non- discrimination purpose, Asteya in context of cultural appropriation, Self-observation for the matter of the big picture.
My teaching passion fields are:
Yin and Restorative Yoga
Vinyasa
Yoga for Social Justice
