Helen Rust is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School (RYS). She completed her training with Helen Sutcliffe of Friends of Yoga, and is currently doing Friends of Yoga's 500 hour advanced teaching diploma with her. She is also qualified as a Special Yoga and Mindfulness for Autism and ADHD practitioner.
In March 2022, she did a presentation on Yoga Tools for Wellbeing and Positive Behaviour Support for the Challenging Behaviour Foundation.
Helen also offers Thai Yoga Massage, reflexology, and Indian Head Massage from her studio in Milton Keynes.
Helen started her yoga journey in 2002 in the Iyengar tradition. In 2006, she discovered Yoga Synergy, and since then has completed their Advanced Yoga Fundamentals: Essentials for Teaching Yoga continuing education course.
