Cécile Wronecki is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School (RYS).
Cécile has been practicing several kinds of yoga for more than a decade, and has been teaching since 2013.
She loves a combination of clever and body-aware alignement and creativity + fluidity in her practice.
She is trained in Ashtanga yoga, vinyasa, hatha and Yin yoga.
She is super passionate about yoga philosophy and also integrates traditional chinese medicine principles in her teachings.
