I am a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance since 2021. I completed my yoga training that year with Siddhi Yoga - India in multi-style yoga. I teach trauma sensitive yoga, focusing on the body, mind and spirit with sessions in person, on-line and in small groups. My approach is grounded in somatic, embodied methods, informed by neuroscience and Indigenous learning for healing from abuse, trauma and addictions. As a pre-licensed psychotherapy practioner, who is in the final year of completing my Masters of Social Work, I also provide one-on-one therapy based on a low-cost sliding scale.
