I am a Registered Yoga Teacher (E-RYT 200) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School. (RYS). I have been practicing yoga for 7 years and have been teaching for 3 years. I became a yoga teacher so I could help others heal, find strength, happiness, and live more balanced lives. My goal is to eventually open my own studio and host retreats so that I can teach yoga full time! I specialize in either heated, or non-heated Power Vinyasa and I continue my yoga education with annual trainings.
