Yin Yoga | Mindfulness
Viktorija Juhart has bin a student of body, mind and soul her whole life. She loves to share her passion for holistic well-being.
Influenced by her teachers, enviroment and science, she teachs in a way that provoke old thinking patterns, inviting the students to experience their body and mind. She enjoys creating the space where participants can feel authentic, valuable and connected. She provides students with the knowlage of human anatomy, neurophysiology and arts.
Yoga and mindfulness came into her life in 2012 as a practice when she was living in Munich/Germany, working there as an electrochemical engineer and lecturer, yearning for more deep quality in her busy and often times (stress)full life.
She is studying with Helga Baumgartner (200 h Yin Yoga TT), Bernie Clark (100 h Yin Yoga and Meditation TT), André Daiyû Steiner (200 h Mindfulness and Meditation TT), Dagmar Hörle (TSY TT), Dr. Barbara Franz (300 h TT Focusing Yoga), Maria Kluge (Mindfulness) and Prof. Andreas de Bruin (Mindfulness and Meditation at University).
After getting trained a total of more than 1000 TT hours in Yoga, Mindfulness and Meditation she has been offering Yin Yoga and Yoga Mindful classes since 2018 in Munich Germany as well as workshops in Serbia and Slovenia.
Her focus and her devotion are practicing and spreading of the quiet introspective practice of Yin Yoga Mindful which has been greatly beneficial for her mind, body and soul.
Viktorija is currently living in Munich, Germany, though often times teaching and sharing the path in her home town Belgrade, Serbia.
