In search of self-care and slowing down, I found my way to yoga and specifically in Yin Yoga I come home, home in my body, home with who I am... and I would like to share this wonderful feeling of peace and deepening with you.
In my classes I don't just want to offer a Yin Yoga pose, but reach handles for reflection, connection and mildness...rather a vision of life. So that you can also feel Yin Yoga away from your mat, by paying attention to your breathing, standing still, turning inward and paying attention to your body and mind.
