My yoga journey began in 2015 after wanting to find a practice to compliment all the running and strength training I was doing at that time. Also to find balance from a busy corporate life as a Charted Accountant. I was drawn to the hatha, yin and restorative yoga practices offered at a boutique studio down the road from my house. After regularly practicing for a year, the owner Sue encouraged me to train and become a teacher. I only took this into consideration in 2017 after relocating from Australia to Singapore; where I took a career break from the corporate world.
I had the flexibility to train with Aura Wellness Centre, under Dr Paul Jerard via correspondence and online; and recently during the pandemic continued my education with Santosha Yoga Experiences. All at my own pace and when timing felt right to grow myself and to continue to share these experiences with my clients.
I enjoy and also teach other programs like barre and pilates, so my classes will occasionally be inspired by movements from these disciplines too. I also love to share my zest for life and holistic way to live as a Certified Health Coach. I encourage my clients to be mindful on the mat, tune in to the present and to have a little laugh in between. I am also pre and post natal certified.
At the moment between conducting group classes at boutique studios in Singapore, I also provide 1-1 private sessions (online and onsite) and collaborative events. I'd love to connect so feel free to drop me a text! :)
