Balance Bec (Rebecca Black) is an E-RYT + YACEP with Yoga Alliance. Previously a member of Yoga Alliance UK since 2008.
She is an experienced + talented yoga teacher, passionately promoting health, wellbeing + purposeful living in the French Alps.

She has dedicated the last 15 years to bringing this passion to life with classes, workshops, events + retreats within mountain communities in the French Alps where she now calls home.
Together with a love of nature + experienced in the great outdoors + mountain sports, she offers classes + events to her mountain community + visitors to compliment their mountain experiences. She works both independently in the community and with travel + tourism organisations.
She is dedicated to her local community students + is proud to be part of a growing wellness movement that has established the profile of yoga as a relevant + complimentary service for both snow + summer seasons in the mountains.
The roots of her yoga teachings are a balance of traditional (Hatha + Patanjalis 8 limbs + Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and modern understanding of movement, breathwork + wellbeing practices derived from Neuro-centric learning, sports science, physical therapy + psychology.
