Balance Bec (Rebecca Black) is an experienced yoga teacher, passionately promoting health, wellness and purposeful living in the mountains.
The more balance we create for ourselves on the mat, the more balance we can create in our homes, work, communities + environmental impact.
She has dedicated the last 15 years to bringing this passion to life with classes, workshops, events + retreats within mountain communities in the French Alps where she now calls home.
Together with a love + experienced in the great outdoors + mountain sports, she offers classes + events to her mountain community and visitors to compliment their mountain experiences.
Previously a member of Yoga Alliance UK since 2008.
The roots of her teachings are in Hatha yoga + Patanjali's 8 limbed philosophy.
