Maddalena was born in Luxembourg and grew up travelling with globe trotter parents between Italy, Spain, Portugal, France and the Caribbean.
Feeling grounded in the spiritual side and the holistic understanding of the body, through yoga she discovered how to connect and balance her mind, body and soul.
Practicing Yoga since 15 years, she decided to share her passion with genuine care for her students, help one achieve a healthier and happy way of life combining intuitive movement, breath-flow and deeper connection to our inner self. Maddalena is a Yoga Alliance RYT-200 and 230 CE Teacher of Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin and Kids & Teens, with international teachers such as Meghan Currie, Mathieu Boldron, Alicia Casillas.
