As far I remember I have been doing fitness activities. I played Basket-ball, skateboarding, windsurfing, weight training, jogging, snowboarding, hiking... I had often lower back pain.
When I discovered Pilates by "coincidence". I learned about muscle imbalances, core activation , ... I could reduce my pain by exercising in smart way.
I went to university 3 years during weekends to be come a professional trainer and by some life "coincidence" (again) I started to do yoga and was trained to give a beginner class.
Since then I discovered the Yoga magic and I practice regularly, in 2020 I had the opportunity to get my RYT 200.
Mother of all holistic moves, I am happy to practice, teach & discover, ... I am also doing a 3 years Shiatsu training (am in the 2nd year).
Today I am a part-time teacher, I hope to live fully from my passion by 2023 and be able to help 1.000.000 people about their body & mind awarness around the world ;-)
