Geoff has been practicing yoga since 2008 and recently completed his 200 Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) program in St. Louis.  What started almost 15 years ago as a compliment to a wide variety of endurance sports and a way to reduce stress in a demanding corporate environment, eventually became the central part of his mind, body and spirit practice.  Geoff will weave his knowledge of Eastern and Western meditation, pranayama and physical asana training into a class that challenges you to think about your own Middle Way.  You will be encouraged to explore areas where your mind and body haven’t ventured and invited to meet your higher self.  When not in the yoga studio, you will likely find Geoff hiking or biking on a trail, exploring Florida beaches, or relaxing with his Yogi partner, Wendy, and however many dogs they happen to have at the moment.
