Judith first encountered yoga in 2014 and quickly realized the potential for positive transformation it had to offer. Since then, she has not stopped exploring the practice. She has sought out various teacher trainings, such as Aerial Yoga Teacher Training in Taiwan, Wheel Yoga Teacher Training in Hong Kong, 200-hour Yoga Teaching Training with Master Amarjit Kumar, and 300-hour Teacher Training in India. Judith has become well-versed in the different styles of yoga, and has developed an appreciation for the use of props. She is committed to her own growth and development, and to helping others do the same.
Judith is an inspirational yoga teacher who combines physical postures with inner peace. She believes that her students should not only learn the correct postures and muscle engagement, but also understand the importance of calming the mind. To ensure that her students can get the most out of her classes, Judith has obtained Singing Bowl Teacher Training and learned more about Yoga Nidra from Thailand. She uses this knowledge to create a calming atmosphere during the meditation and savasana sections and her yin & restorative classes, helping her students find inner peace and progress to a higher level.
Judith has an unique and inspiring perspective on yoga, believing that its practice can help to awaken our hidden wisdom. She supports this belief with her professional certification and skill, teaching aerial hoop, hammock dance, silks, and pilates reformer. Judith's classes not only provide her students with the physical benefits of yoga, but also the mental and spiritual ones. She works to instill in her students a feeling of confidence and self-esteem, and to help them develop their body shape. With Judith's guidance, her students can make strides towards their own wellbeing and spiritual enlightenment.
