Hello, I'm Emma, a curious woman of the world...
Having played for many years with yoga, to suit the roller-coaster of my life, it has always stayed with me consistently since my early twenties, so I decided, in my thirties, I wanted to explore this wonderful connection of mind, body and soul further, thus completing my 200 hours Yoga Alliance Teacher Training.With many limitations in my body, a constant need for movement and a love of music, I combined these elements to find my own flow that suited me, which then also appealed to others who wanted to explore yoga in a more expressive and individual style with me.
I love a free-flowing body, sometimes I hold asanas, mostly I don't, I like music to move to, sometimes silence, mostly not. I treat it as a moving meditation; sitting cross-legged in silence still holds no appeal to the ever-moving, chatter-brain me! Connecting pranyama, asanas and dhyana together to music, creates a truly magical, moving yoga; come join me on this journey, I look forward to seeing you on the mat!
