Nathalie comes from a multicultural background which makes her open minded and supportive to equality and diversity.

Born in California and currently living in France, Nathalie has spent her life between Los Angeles and Paris.

Thanks to her 2 beautiful daughters, Taly (also known as) discovered her life mission as an Educator.

 Based on the Soka Education System for happiness and joy of learning. She became a Certified Montessori Educator (The Center for Guided Montessori Studies) and has been teaching ESL - English as Second Language - to early childhood up to high-school, in a Bilingual Montessori School.

Taly practiced yoga and meditation her entire life so sharing her practice with her girls came naturally as a lifestyle; subsequently the desire to combine English teaching with Yoga as well as make a difference with her students led her to get Certified Rainbow Kids Yoga Teacher.

 The pandemic has really put tremendous stress on everyone. Through intense practice, studying, and meditation, Taly was able to manage challenges and “change poison into medicine”. She is determined to help others accomplish the same and empower oneself on the journey to discover one’s potential. She decided to pursue the journey as a Certified Yoga Teacher (Yoga and Ayurveda Center) and teaches Hatha Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Chair Yoga, YinYoga and Kids Yoga. Continues ongoing Ayurveda Studies. She is currently finishing the 300hr teacher training.

 Nathalie Palant is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School (RYS).
