Jenna Liuzzi has practiced Vinyasa yoga since 2009, but she discovered Yin yoga during her first year of her Ph.D. program in 2017. She considers the practice of Yin essential to her wellbeing as it teaches how to practice quieting the internal chatter that impedes our ability to be fully present. Yin yoga helped her discover that productivity and success do not only come from time spent at the desk. Rather, productivity and success thrive when we allow our minds and our bodies to be nourished by conscious breathing and healthy movement. Jenna is eager to share this nourishing practice with others and hopes that it will offer some peace and relief.
Jenna is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School (RYS).
