After her initial 200hrs Teacher training Jeanette has been teaching since January 2019 and continued to broaden her knowledge.
She underwent further training in Pranayama & Meditation, Yoga Therapy, Restorative Yoga, Hormone Yoga & Kids Yoga, iRest Yoga Nidra, Ashtanga Yoga etc.
Her interest in a healthy lifestyle, her womanhood (with it the physical changes of perimenopause and menopause) and own health challenges led her to explore different ways of enhancing her yoga practice and improving her own wellbeing through movement, meditation, positive thinking and a healthy life choices and nutrition.
She is also a qualified Health Coach (Integrated Institute of Nutrition, New York) focussing on hormonal health.
Jeanette loves to combine her health coaching with her yoga teachings and usually teaches in private and small-group class settings either in her private yoga room, her client's homes, club houses, roof tops and other outside spaces.
She is right now enrolled in classes to deepen her knowledge in Yoga Therapy and Trauma-sensitive yoga in order to help her students/ clients to address various health issues.
