After dedicating myself to the practice of yoga for the past years and having benefited immensely from it, I recently became a registered yoga teacher and feel called to giving back to others through teaching. I am passionate about yoga and how it can impact and empower anyone in a positive light, by planting a seed in someone's life that may grow and prosper. I now strive to guide students in yoga classes through a variety of postures and breathing exercises, adapted to safely accommodate various skill levels or physical capabilities.
