My journey with yoga began back in 2012 through roller derby while I was sidelined due to an injury. Unable to skate (and barely walk), I was introduced to the asanas (poses) of yoga, and I discovered peace not only in my body but also my mind. I truly believe that yoga is for everybody and every body! My goal is to create a safe space where we can explore movement and breath together and have a little fun while discovering more about ourselves. Everyday, we wake up a little bit more. <3
