Mike teaches locally and internationally providing multiple styles of yoga & meditation with a relevant and passionate approach. Yoga and meditation have become guiding forces in my life. Through my practice and teaching, I am able to share my passion and empower my students to be inspired and motivated to discover their own greatness. I am dedicated to be forever the student/teacher and to give my very best self in service to my students.
With a long history in and around the world of sport at every level, Mike brings a mind & body approach to athletics that will create possibilities to open up new and exciting levels of athletic performance. Combining specific yoga postures and mindful thought is becoming more and more accepted as a true "game changer".
Mike has worked extensively with different levels of athletes including professional sports teams, world class athletes, Olympic wrestlers, elite runners, University Varsity sports teams, Mixed Martial Artists, competitive multi-sport athletes and more. There is no area more untapped than the human mind. When you are able to focus and combine your thoughts and your movements, the results are powerful!
