My name is Dani Guy. I am a Certified Personal Trainer and Yoga Teacher passionate about helping others live mindfully and reach their goals. I have always had a lively interest in health and wellness and followed that passion by earning my Bachelor's degree in Health Promotion and Wellness from the University of Wisconsin - Stevens Point. Following graduation I gained experience designing and implementing fitness programs in both corporate and community settings to inspire others to live a healthy lifestyle and improve their health and wellbeing. I strive to help my clients break down the barriers to healthy living by providing 1:1 and group personal training and yoga instruction over zoom and in-person.
