Our practice is focused on the relationships between mental health, nutrition, gut health, and chronic pain. At Mental Plate we use Lifestyle Psychology as the core of self improvement and deep health, and we use yoga and mindfulness as tools for stress management and nervous system regulation, along with pain neuroscience education and culinary health education.
