Yoga has been a constant in my life, and it has taught me to bend so I don’t break.
Yoga helped me heal from a spinal injury that caused pain worse than childbirth. Then, it helped me have a joyful pregnancy, birth, and recovery.
While I will always be a student, I became a prenatal yoga instructor when I was 25-weeks pregnant with my daughter.
Since then, I’ve completed my 200-hour Hatha yoga teacher training, and I’m working towards finishing my 500-hour training.
Before certifying as a teacher, I practiced for nearly 15 years.
