A little about me:

I worked for years in IT which gave me a unique but sometimes cynical perspective of the world we live in. Then a friend encouraged me to try yoga. So, I discovered yoga over 10 years ago and have been on my yoga journey ever since.

After years of practicing I really felt called to share Yoga and my knowledge, and decided to do the Yoga Teacher Training.

I achieved my Certificate of Graduation in 200HR Yoga & Ayurveda Teacher Training at JAI Yoga and Ayurveda (Yoga Alliance Certified) and acquired an in-depth knowledge about postures, breathing techniques, and spiritual elements of yoga teaching. Continuing education workshops in Chakras, Meditation, Yoga Nidra. I believe a good teacher is a life-long student and my yoga journey is always continuing to blossom.

Expertise:

·         Hatha Yoga

·         Vinyasa Yoga

·         Ayu-Yoga

·         Postural and Mobility

·         Therapeutic and Recovery

·         Seniors and Chair Yoga

·         Pranayama and Breathing Methods

·         Restorative and Rejuvenating

·         Meditation

·         Relaxation and Yoga Nidra

I love sequencing flows with intention and intelligence that open and strengthen the body while channeling the power of the breath. To me, Vinyasa is ‘meditation in motion’, with the flow and union of breath and posture.

Ayurveda is also an important component of my experience and teaching.

Through intention, meditation, pranayama and asana, my goal is to have my students leave each class feeling renewed, inspired and revitalized every class by balance mind, body and spirit.

There is so much we can’t control in this world, but with yoga, you have the power to guide your thoughts, body and life in the direction you choose – the direction of love, light and peace.

Do what makes you happy, the Universe has your back!

Namaste
