Anne Stubbs (Daya Anandi) is registered as an E-RYT500 with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with an approved and active Registered Yoga School (RYS). She is also a certified fitness professional and Reiki practitioner. She has studied in Canada, the U.S. and in India with various teachers but attributes her greatest influences to Yogrishi Vishvketu in Hatha, Akhanda and Classical Kundalini Yoga; to Marla Ericksen in Yin Yoga; and to the Chopra Centre in meditation and Ayurveda. Her contemporary classes offer practical approaches to wellness, yet are rooted in spiritual tradition and come from a committed personal practice. In addition to local classes and workshops, Anne has offered popular day and weekend yoga retreats over the years. As a result of the Covid-19 pandemic, Anne reduced her teaching to limited online classes.
