Jennifer's classes use all 8 limbs of yoga to explore recovery from the suffering of addiction.  A certified She Recovers® Trauma Informed teacher, she operates a sweet studio, Elder Flower Yoga on the banks of the Slocan River, near Nelson BC Canada.

Jennifer teaches Vinyasa, Restorative and Bhakti classes, incorporating chanting and harmonium in her classes, adding beauty, love and devotion to the practice of recovery and yoga.
